Dr Darshan Boindala graduated in Dentistry in 1999 and has since trained in various Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery posts in the South East of England over a span of 9 years. He completed his medical training at Royal London and St Bartholomews School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2008.
He has a special interest in Oral Surgery and dental implantology. He has completed his MSc in dental implantology and oral surgery from the University of Tuscany, Italy. Dr Darshan Boindala is involved in teaching as a lecturer for the post-graduate dentistry exams the ORE( overseas registration exam for dentists from outside the EU) and the LDS examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons. He was an ORE examiner from 2007- 2018.
Darshan loves nature and wildlife/ mainly marine life and spends any little time he gets spending time on his hobbies- cricket, tennis and scuba diving.

Agnieszka (Agi) Modhwadia is our Dental Hygienist. She has been working in the field of Dentistry since 2004 and qualified in Oral Hygiene in 2017.
She is an excellent clinician with a reputation for being thorough, gentle and compassionate.
Agi has a very caring and calming chairside manner. She has a special interest in treating nervous patients and is focused on motivating patients and changing their views on fears of dental treatment and oral hygiene. She prides herself on improving periodontal health.
Agi is constantly upgrading her skills and knowledge by attending various courses. Her patients value the advice and care she provides to them.
Jana qualified as a dental nurse in 2010 and further enhanced her clinical expertise by completing dental sedation nurse training in 2016. She has extensive experience working in dental sedation, oral surgery, and implantology clinics, where she developed exceptional clinical skills and a calm, reassuring chairside manner.
Jana joined Smiles Radlett in 2019 and quickly became an integral and highly valued member of the team. In recognition of her leadership skills, professionalism, and in- depth understanding of both clinical and practice operations, she was promoted to Practice Manager in 2021.
In her managerial role, Jana combines her strong clinical background with excellent organisational and people-management skills, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Claire qualified as a dental nurse in 2003 and brings over two decades of experience working across a variety of dental practices. Throughout her career, she has developed a broad and versatile skill set, with particular expertise in oral surgery, implant dentistry, general dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry.
Claire joined Smiles Radlett in 2024 and has quickly become a valued and reliable member of the team. Her extensive clinical knowledge, professionalism, and calm approach help ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit.
Outside of her clinical role, Claire is known for her supportive team spirit and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
